NEW: Hand Stripping Technique @ £20 per hour
Hand stripping is the process of excess dead topcoat, without clipping, leaving room for the new coat to grow and giving a more natural look. It keeps the dog’s coat tidy and healthy, leaving it strong and shiny.
De-matting - Policy
Unfortunately if we find that your dog is matted and we cannot remove it within 15 minutes, then we will have no choice but to shave your dog down.
As matting takes a toll on our tools and extra time and care, we will have to charge an extra fee for matting on top of your Groom price.

Fleas - Policy
If your dog has fleas, please do not bring them into the salon until they have been treated and are clear.
If you are unaware and we find your dog has fleas. We will Bath them in an insecticide shampoo, a thorough flea comb and a charge of £15 will be added to your groom to cover the cost of treatment to your dog and to the salon.
We can also advise you on what you can do at home.
Flea baths are available on request but will be the last appointment of the day so we can clean the salon.
